High School: Led Gezhi to the Shanghai high school volleyball championship during senior season...Member of Chinese Youth National Team that captured the World Youth title...transferred from Shan Dong University but did not play volleyball.

Personal: Father, Luo Zhang, was a member of the Chinese National Team and is currently the head women's volleyball coach at Shan Dong University.
