2007 Outdoor: Threw a season-best 105-8 1/2 in the hammer throw at the TCNJ Invitational.

2006-07 Indoor: Recorded a season-best 35-8 3/4 in the weight throw at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.

Outdoor 2006: Placed ninth in the 200m (25.97) at A-10s...Time was tops on the team all season...Ran a 400m time of 1:02.01 at Princeton.

Indoor 2005-06: Finished 17th in the 55m (7.59) and the 200m (27.05) at A-10s...Ran a 1:02.48 to finish 26th in the 400m at the Gotham Cup...Posted a time of 8.28 in the 60m at Bucknell...Finished third in the 500m at Haverford (1:21.40).

Outdoor 2005: Finished fourth at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 200m with a season-best time of 25.69...Also competed at ECACs as a member of the 4x100, which placed 17th (47.78)...Was fourth at Quaker Invitational in the 200m (26.68).

Indoor 2004-05: Competed primarily in the 200m and 400m...Had season-best time of 1:00.57 in the 400m to place 10th at the Great Dane Classic...Top time in the 200m (26.49) came with fifth place finish at Ursinus...Was a member of the 4x400 relay that placed third at A-10s (3:59.00).

High School: Captain of indoor and outdoor track teams...Holds Philadelphia Catholic League record in 4x200 and Archbishop Ryan record in the 200m, 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400...Four-time All-Catholic Leauge honoree.
