After a strong day on the river Friday, the Temple women's crew failed to qualify any of its three shells for the finals place second in their heats on Friday of the 70th Dad Vail Regatta on Saturday. The Owls' Varsity 8, Freshman/Novice and Lightweight 8 placed sixth, fifth and fourth, respectively, in their semifinal heats.

Temple women's crew will row four shells at the 70th annual Dad Vail Regatta, when the largest intercollegiate rowing event with over 115 colleges competing officially gets underway this Friday morning.
