Temple women's crew will row four shells at the 70th annual Dad Vail Regatta, when the largest intercollegiate rowing event with over 115 colleges competing officially gets underway this Friday morning. The Owls will compete at the Varsity 8, Varsity 4, Lightweight 8 and Freshman/Novice 8 boats at the Regatta, held on the Schuylkill River.
The Varsity 4 opens the racing for the Owls with its first heat at 8:52 a.m. Friday. The Varsity 8 races in its heat at 11:28 a.m. with the freshman/novice 8 (4:52 p.m.). The Lightweight 8 will compete in the semifinals (10:21 a.m.) on Saturday.
