Holds Temple record for yards rushing career, 1,965, and total offense, career, 4,532 yards. Scored 130 points in career which stood as Temple record for 27 years. Named to All-East team in junior and senior years. Named to North-South and College All Star games in 1942. Won 11 straight games as baseball pitcher in 1940. Played pro football and baseball.
