One of the finest point guards in Temple history, he holds several University records after playing 132 games for the Owls (1984-88). He sparked Temple to the nation's No. 1 rank in 1988. Temple's 16th highest scorer with 1,459 points, he owns the records for assists in a career (748), in a season (294 in 1987-88) and a game (20 vs. Villanova in 1988). He is also Temple's all-time free throw leader at 84.1 percent, making 360 of 428 attempts, and was at his best in clutch situations. Selected Atlantic 10 Conference Rookie of the Year (1984-85 season), he owns the conference records for career assists (381) and assists in a season (164 in 1987-88). He made the Atlantic 10 first team as a senior. Named to the All-Big Five first team after the 1987-88 season, he was inducted into the Big Five Hall of Fame in 1994.
