| Notes: Mullen carded a two round, two under par 140 (70-70) to win the individual crown at the Navy Spring Invitational, played April 16-17 at the United States Naval Academy Golf Club. He trailed by one stroke after the opening round, but surpassed Guilford’s Colin Clark (69-73=172), a 2004 Ping All-American, on Sunday to win the title by two strokes in the 105-player field. The tournament victory is the first of Mullen’s career and marks his ninth top ten finish in Cherry & White. He is the first Owl to win an individual tourney crown since current senior Patrick O’Neill captured the Scotty Duncan Memorial in April 2004. Mullen has been Temple’s top finisher in each of its four tournaments this spring.
