Notes:   The sophomore linebacker continued his brilliant play on the defensive side of the ball, leading Temple with 15 total tackles, 12 of which were solo. He also had four tackles for a loss to help the Owls win their first game of the season, 44-36, at Middle Tennessee State on October 4. For the year, he ranks fifth nationally in solo tackles with a 9.0 per game average, tied for eight in tackles for loss (2.0 avg.) and 13th in total tackles ( 12.2 avg.). A member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in the fall of 2002, Wallace is enrolled in the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
