Junior Devon DuPont had quite a performance at the Bison Opener on Saturday at Bucknell. Dupont set a new school record in the pentathlon, winning the event with 3,590 points, and met ECAC standards in the long jump (18-7) and pentathlon (3,590). The previous school record in the indoor pentathlon was set by Venita McDavis in 1981 (3,290). Dupont won the 60m hurdles (9.1), high jump (5-4), long jump (18-7), and the 800m (2:27.4) on her way to the pentathlon victory.
