Notes: Vernon led Temple to two Conference wins over the weekend to give the Owls a 5-3 A-10 record and a first place spot in the A-10 East standings. In the 3-1 win over George Washington, Vernon posted a 52% hitting percentage with 16 kills and added five blocks. The sophomore's 13 kill, three block performance on Saturday led the Cherry and White to a 3-0 victory over Charlotte. Vernon leads Temple in blocking with 27 block solos and 48 block assists.
